Audra & The Thread
Congrats to our good friend Audra Dinell from The Thread on being accepted into Pipeline Entrepreneurs 2023 fellowship!
Pipeline Entrepreneurs is a group of high-growth entrepreneurs from across the Midwest with a goal of growing their companies. There have been a handful of other Wichitans who have gone through one of the Pipeline Entrepreneurs program and they’ve all been very successful.

Novacoast
The now Wichita-based company Novacoast just launched a new training program called Apex which will focus on the blind, visually impaired and veteran populations.
It is a 10-week course where students will train and receive industry certificates like CompTIA, A+ and Security+ examinations.

Homeless Task Force
Wichita now has a homeless task force to help assist our homeless community.
But who is on this task force?
There are 18 individuals city council members, police, landlords, and more.
LOCAL
Wichita Wheat
Elbert Mack is a hometown hero from Wichita who made it to the NFL and had a great career.
But that wasn't enough, Elbert wants to impact the next generation so he created the Wichita Wheat Football Club which is a Select area travel football club with an 18u and 15u 7 on 7 teams.
They just had their best turnout yet for tryouts, but they want to get the community involved.

Coming on Saturday, March 11 at Naftzger Park is the “biggest St. Patrick’s Day event in town from the Wichita Wagonmasters.

After a few reschedules, Snow Glow is officially here tonight from 6pm to 9pm at the Mid-American All Indian Center! Snow glow is a night sledding event with a DJ, LED light show, food trucks, and of course, SNOW!
